Instore - Take the item along with your proof of purchase in to the store
By Courier - Download the returns form and follow the instructions on the form. If the item is faulty, we will reimburse you for courier costs.
Returns sent via courier are at the customer's expense, and we will not pay or reimburse return freight costs for any product that is returned for reasons other than faulty product. We would highly recommend returning your item on a tracked parcel. Non-tracked parcels can take 2-3 weeks for it to arrive at its intended destination. We are not liable for any lost courier returns, and cannot track parcels not sent through a tracked service.

We use PayPal and DPS Payments to process sales transactions. Both payment processors are incredibly safe and easy to use. Paypal and DPS Payments use industry-leading data encryption,and never share your financial information with merchants or third parties. During checkout, they both verify that your internet browser is running SSL 3.0 or higher. In transit, financial information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).
Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorise a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the price charged.
